Maine coyote hunting is done over active baits from heated
box blinds or chased with dogs. Both hunts include meals
and lodging. Gas for the heaters will be provided. All of the
coyote hunting is done in the deer wintering areas where
the coyotes are a severe problem to the lives of our deer.
The baits are set in open areas to take advantage of the
moonlight Maine has a night season. I have hunted these
blinds and will tell you we have some large coyotes in
northern Maine. From January 3rd to the 10th of 2009, I
killed 10 coyotes on the same bait - the largest being 62
lbs. We also offer coyote hunting with dogs. This hunt is
very fast paced and exciting we don't usually have to look
to far to find a hot track for the dogs to follow. We target the
largest coyotes. We killed several over 50lbs last winter.
We use GPS collars to easily track the dogs and their run.
The price for this hunt is $175.00 per day Double
occupancy. Or 900.00 per week. Hound hunting has been
excellent the last few days I caught 5 coyotes in four hours
of running 12/23/2012 Call soon we are booking up fast .

about as good as they get!
