Coyote hunts are done over active baits from heated box
blinds. This hunt does include lodging, meals can be
cooked in your own cabin, or there are a couple of
restaurants near by. propane for the heaters will be
provided. All of the hunting is done in the deer wintering
areas where the coyotes are a severe problem to the
lives of our deer. The baits are set either on a river or a
lake . I have hunted these blinds and will tell you we have
some large coyotes in northern Maine. from January 3rd
to the 10th of this year, I killed 10 coyotes on the same
bait - the largest being 62 lbs.
